Ziro Valley , has been in the news for an exclusive event in the recent past. This place is also been listed as World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Recently it has developed a colourful fragrance by its own with the MUSIC FESTIVAL, known as “ZIRO MUSIC FESTIVAL”.

Located in the foothill and EAST most country of INDIA, in the district of “Lower Subansiri” in state of Arunachal Pradesh dwells the place called ZIRO. The serenity of its ambience allows any music artiest to perform with their heart. This festival draws attention of all the music lovers across India and overseas. This festival enriches you with mixture of music, art and culture of Arunachal Pradesh as a whole. Every year it draws thousands of music lovers to get high on music.

To name some greatest artist who performed on this soil are - Steve Shelley, Lou Majaw, Shaa’ir n Func, Indus Creed, Lee Ranaldo, Menwhopause, Guru Rewben Mashangva, and Peter Cat Recording Co among others. The list is continuously growing and this time, it’s much larger than before!

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Festival Ticket/Pass inclusive packages are limited and only on first come first serve basis.

2. Within Ziro, maximum Kilometer limit is 200 Kms for the entire stay. Exceeding the limit is subject to Rs. 10/Km extra. 06-07 persons per Sumo/Innova and 12/15/26 persons per Traveller according to the seat capacity.

FACTS & TRUTHS:

1. It is an adventure campsite in midst of a pine groove. Every year before the festival starts, we clean up the place to make it habitable with all basic and temporary facilities. So please don’t expect a comfort of a resort.

2. Indian National requires Inner Line Permit and foreign national requires Protected Area Permit to enter Arunachal Pradesh. PAP is issued at 75-85 US Dollars per person. These permits are issued for a particular circuit and also for all circuits. The people those who are planning to cover other regions of Arunachal Pradesh before or after the festival are advised to get the all access permits beforehand.

3. The distance between main Town Hapoli to the festival venue is around 5 Km.

4. Rain is expected and therefore everyone is advised to come with rain-coat, umbrella and gumboots.

5. Mobile network on the way to Ziro and in festival area is hard to find.

6. No ATMs near to the venue and withdrawing cash might take hours. Better to keep cash.

7. Ziro Valley has very limited accommodation facilities and public transportation system is negligible.

8. Roads are bumpy in some places and be ready to encounter the Leeches.

• The organizers reserve the right to withdraw all the services without any refund at any time if you violate the campsite decorum. You may have to leave the campsite at any time without any further arrangements.

• Ticket inclusive packages are limited. This package cost is with dynamic pricing. The package cost will get higher with the increase of the ticket cost. Guests have to reconfirm the existing rate very before booking this package.

• The organisers reserve the right of any campsite footage or image usage in any media, commercials without prior notice and approval. Violation of this is subject to legal action.

• Check out time is 12:00 hours.

• Services are subject to availability and first come first serve basis.

• We only confirm after receiving full payment for camping in advance.

• Ghy—Ziro—Ghy travel inclusive packages are subject to 06-07 persons per vehicle. If the mentioned number of persons is not available, you may have to shift the preferred vehicle or package cost will get higher or the transfer might cancel. However, you will be notified 05 days in advance before the trip.

• The guests have to send the scanned copy of deposit slip or online transfer details or whatsoever after the payments.

• The guests must have government authorized valid Identity Card to check in.

• The guest must respect the local ethics and customs.

• The organizers are not responsible for any refund because of any natural and man-made conditions which are beyond their control.

• The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage in any form.

• Any damage to the provided materials in the campsite is subject to full payment of the product MRP with an additional Rs. 1,000 for every item as buying arrangements.

• Entry to campsite is only for the campers and the invitees. Any loss or damage caused by any guest of a camper, the camper has to bear the responsibility.

• The organizers reserve the right to cancel, change the price, venue and facilities with or without any prior notice to the guests if they feel it’s best for all.

• The guests must maintain friendly relationship with the drivers. Clash of any personal nature shall not be entertained.

• Required documents for Inner line permits (ILP) - We will charge you separately for the process of ILP, either online or through office. You will have to provide us the scan copy of the valid ID proof for Indians (PAN Card not allowed) along with a passport size color photograph.

For Foreigners you need “PAP” – Documents needed are
1. Scanned copy of valid Passport,
2. Valid Visa and passport size photograph.

The processing time to approximately 4-5 working days and valid for approximately 30 days from the entry date with an approximate cost of Rs. 4000.00. Our charges will be Rs. 300.00 for Indian Nationals and Rs. 4500.00 for Foreigners per person.

• Cancellation: In case of any cancellations, the same must be given in writing. As per the conditions of the programme, Rs. 500.00 will be fortified on account of communication charges and in addition, the organizers will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges on Total Programme Fees: 30 or more Days 40%, 29-20 Days 50%, 19 Days onward and ‘No Show’ on the desired date 80%.
